The SPARKLE framework is a 7-step plan to help young women achieve better quality health. Each step is named after the goal of that step, each of which will take you one step closer to recognizing, appreciating, and enhancing your health. Our framework focuses on improving our physical AND mental health.

The first three steps (S,P,A) are aimed to achieve better physical health, and the last three steps (K,L,E) focus on mental health. The fourth step, Revitalize Mindfullness, is a step to bridge our physical and mental health.
